Horrible customer service, and late delivery

I’m expecting a call back on a ticket that was opened regarding a late shipment of my order when I paid for three day business. Your customer service is horrible and I will never order anything from you again. Someone should please check the open ticket for this account and my order and please call me.

Good Pens!

The pens were great! However, when received, some of the pens were broken inside of the box--mostly the tops were unscrewed causing the ink and springs to be al over the box.

I ordered the pens and plenty of time…

I ordered the pens and plenty of time before an event. When the pens arrived, I like them a lot. However, they came the day of my event so I had to go purchase pens at OfficeMax the night before. Very disappointed.
