I like the fact that I can get all four of my major appliances covered for what I consider a low monthly fee. I’ve already used their warranty for two repairs, and the service was great. The technician that came out, Darrell, was extremely courteous and professional, and did the repairs in a timely manner.
Zip could've done better! They could've directed me to an app to explore statements and print receipts or even enticed me to want shop more and use zip because of perks! They were instead like fly by night bandits who just took money from my bank account. Approval was easy and painless though!!
I needed help with my artwork so I called Customer Service. Samuel was very helpful. Follow up communication was very prompt. My artwork was made usable, and the product was received a few days later. It looked great! And I didn't have to pay until after I received the product. So overall a great experience.
