MALLORY WEST IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!! She took my order and when she told me she would call me, SHE CALLED ME EXACTLY THEN!! Every question I had, she answered!! When I left a VM message, she ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALL THE EXACT SAME DAY!! Doesn’t get any better than that!!!!
I have dealt with Pens.com for several years. I have always found their product and turnaround time to be excellent. This time was no different. Kudos to their representative Aziz Chaaben who was very helpful in helping me design the pen I wanted. I'll be back when I need more pens.
