Quite disappointed

Signed up and completed all verification expeditiously. After 2 days I noticed my account remained unverified despite the micro deposits having been completed so I contacted CS via chat. I was then informed that my account was on a hold and pending additional review that resulted from a random selection. When I requested management, I was put on a lengthy wait until the CSR returned & stated it would now be a few days opposed to a couple and that a mgr wouldn't be conferring with me. He then disconnected. Not a positive way to start a business relationship. Quite disappointing.

i love the protection but....

i love the protection but there are too many places to have to check if you are changing devises. that part is not easy. i have the renewal on auto but there was a separate charge a month or 2 before that i don't know where they are applying the service. so now i have to work twice as hard to find out why i am being over charged and if it is so services, do i still have those devices. all should be in one area and if the client needs help consolidating them all, it should be easy and it isn't.

Delivery missed the important deadline! Updated

I was assured that my order would be received on time for a major trade show.I also paid for expedited shipping.The order arrived 5 days AFTER the trade show.I would like a refund for the shipping and a discount since I now have hundreds of Pens sitting in a box in my conference room. I have reach out for Pens. com to make things right and nothing but radio silence!Update 10/01/25, Pens.com has responded and I will update this review if they adequately address my complaint. 2nd Update: Pens.com has offered to compensate me for the problem, and as such, I have upgraded my review to reflect this improvement in customer service and experience.
