Time to look for a new supplier

Pen is great but as far as set up fees for returning customers, newly added tariff fees, and outrageous shipping fees, I will unfortunately looking for a new pen supplier. Those fees alone add on an $75

We never received our order

We never received our order. When I emailed to receive status nobody replied. I called for a status and there sounded like there was a party going on. I ordered the pens for an event we are giving and still no shipment.
