The best

Since having ESET, we have had no issues with computer problems. ESET alerts us when issues arise and problems are resolved super fast. We are going on 3 years with them and plan on many more years of service.

Excellent service team, Perfect product.

Excellent service team, based here in the US. They actually answer the phone when you call (and sound extremely happy to do so)…they are friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way.Something that I feel extremely important should be noted here, is that I no longer feel the pressure of having to purchase a new computer because mine will not accept Windows 11. I have been assured by the ESET group that they will be protecting my computer every day running in tandem with Microsoft, even as Microsoft cuts back their protection, they will be filling in the blanks until Microsoft cuts protection altogether. At which point ESET will be in full control. They are still protecting Windows 7…So I’m assuming I just bought 3 to 5 years of peace of mind while using my perfectly good PC running windows 10. ESET by the way is a very, very affordable product. If you think I’m kidding about them actually answering the phone, try this number between 9 to 6 Monday through Friday and see for yourself that they actually do answer the phone 1 (866) 343-3738ESET is truly a great company selling a great product.

Costumer service is horrible

Costumer service is horrible. I left messages about my order and no call back. I talked with Heldia and she never call me back. I called again and no one could help me. Now I wont have my stuff for a 10th Anniversary celebration.

Someone else's pens mixed in mine

I received pens, and looked at couple before handing any out. After handing several out, as I handed one to a lady and she asked; "Whose phone number and business is this?" When I looked at it I realized it was from some roofing company. I immediately exchanged it, and stopped passing pens out. I have no idea how many "Roofing Company" pens I had already passed out, thinking I was passing out pens with our Church inscription on them. When I looked through the remainder of pens in that particular bag, I found more roofing company pens mixed in. Pens.com has now contacted me but because I can't tell them how many of the wrong pens I received, and can't tell them how many of my pens were sent to the roofing company, they're not able to do anything to correct THEIR mistake. I don't know how many wrong pens I passed out and I sure don't know how many of my pens were sent to someone else.

All is good

Always had great service with pens.com. This time was not the same….but customer service was on top of it, listened, I felt heard and my concerns were addressed. You can’t ask for better!

They Stolen my hard earned money

After unjustifiably deactivating my account, they withheld my funds and stated the money would be released after a 180-day holding period. That period has already expired, yet they continue to make excuses and have not released my funds
