There rates are fair for processing my credit cards be it swiped or manually! They always have a graph showing my best day of the week and slowest. As well as the prior week to compare it against. They take it a step further by providing a graph of your overall month to month sales. Its extremely important to know what days are your weakest so as to find ways to make adjustments. They also provide you with a loan and the rate of payments don't interfere with your day to day processing! I find true value in having them in my corner!!! Excellent service team, based here in the US. They actually answer the phone when you call (and sound extremely happy to do so)…they are friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way.Something that I feel extremely important should be noted here, is that I no longer feel the pressure of having to purchase a new computer because mine will not accept Windows 11. I have been assured by the ESET group that they will be protecting my computer every day running in tandem with Microsoft, even as Microsoft cuts back their protection, they will be filling in the blanks until Microsoft cuts protection altogether. At which point ESET will be in full control. They are still protecting Windows 7…So I’m assuming I just bought 3 to 5 years of peace of mind while using my perfectly good PC running windows 10. ESET by the way is a very, very affordable product.
