Easy to order....Great quality, good price. Ordered these flashlights before, and it was a favorite for my customers. Everyone loves them. And, these are actually something to hand out that people keep and use. My favorite give-a-way.
I placed an order for a lunch bag in a vibrant lime green, accented with bold purple lettering. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with what I received. Instead of the bright lime green I had envisioned, the bags turned out to be a dull dark green, which was not at all what I expected. Additionally, the font color that was supposed to be a striking purple instead appeared as an unappealing shade of pink.To make matters worse, the lettering was so faint that it was nearly impossible to read the custom print. This was particularly frustrating, as I had hoped the bag not only would look great but also clearly display my chosen design.In response to my concerns, I was offered a 20% discount on my purchase. However, a mere discount felt insufficient given the situation. What I genuinely wanted was to return the unsatisfactory item and receive the correct product that I originally ordered. It’s crucial for them to understand that this issue goes beyond simply financial compensation; it’s about delivering quality items that meet customer expectations.
