My order, where proof was approved, was received without my logo. The fix was not conducive with the customer in mind. It was not a replacement of goods but the choice of re-order with 50% off OR get a full refund. That is unacceptable. I should have, at the very least, received a replacement of my order with a prepaid shipping label to return incorrect products.
My experience was made great by dealing with Samuel Peterkin who was very helpful in processing our order. My only suggestion relates to not being aware of the $39.75 Tariff Fee which I was not able to be reimbursed for by our committee for the Wings of History Gift Shop.Carol and Dan Livingston

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had the customer service was atrocious.I have two companies with square and I'm doing over 700k a year in sales and planning an expansion to get me over a million. I called after I was having issues deciding what equipment I needed. I couldn't get any help with equipment the rep that answered the phone. She was hard to understand and didn't have a clue how to do her job. If something doesn't get fixed with the customer service I'm moving to clover..
