Khalia was very nice to deal with; very helpful and professional and tried her best to give us a good price. Still not happy that Pens.com continues to charge us a set-up price considering that we have been a repeat customer for years; our information does not change. We are not happy with the $80+ tariff fee especially since that Pens.com is based in the US. We view it as just ANOTHER fee! Not good customer service. They are going to eventually price themselves out of our business! With all of this said, we have been happy with the products (pens) that we have received from National Pens, now known as Pens.com. We LOVE the rubberized barrels. Our teachers look forward to receiving them every year.
The quality and quickness of the delivery are great. I would appreciate a better opportunity to review the artwork with the company before things go to print. I uploaded text and a logo, but I would appreciate an opportunity to speak with the "designer" before to see if we can increase font size, etc.
