Love ESET products but quite disappointed in them since they discontinued real live support. It's not easy for most of us to figure out some of the occasional issues with the program. ESET has kind of pulled out the rug from under us now that we're locked in their products. They sent me an email in response to this statement apologizing for the lack of REAL support but offered no real help. They love to rake in the money once they have us on autopayment.
I got ESET from my trusted friend and IT Dept. I have no complaints, although some places have tried to get rid of it due to supposed draws on battery and making certain apps fail to work.I have had no issues with my apps that I am aware of and have been using ESET for now 4 years.
