Have ordered pens for here for many years. One thing I can say is the quality of assembly has gone down hill - a significant amount of pens are in pieces. Rep says it from shipping- yet it didn't used to happen years ago - i believe it's from not assembling the pens tightly.
Square deactivated our business account without any valid explanation and with zero effort to resolve the issue. It was obvious from the responses I received that no human ever reviewed our case — everything came from automated AI-style emails and scripted replies. At no point did anyone from Square actually try to help.Our company is 100% legitimate. We process payments daily with Chase Merchant Services across all card networks without issue. Square was supposed to be a backup solution to help us scale, but instead, it turned into a nightmare. They shut us down automatically, left us in the dark, and then expected us to just accept it. Their automated system shut us down and froze our money for 90 days. This essentially allows Square to hold and use our funds — and the interest on them — while providing us no service.Because of Square’s actions, I had to go back to our customers, apologize for Square’s error, and refund their payments. That kind of damage to our reputation is not only unacceptable, it’s reckless.Square has made it clear that new customers are not a priority, and they hide behind automated systems instead of offering real support. If you value your business and your reputation, avoid Square — their system will shut you down without reason, and you’ll never get an actual person to help.I'm sharing our experience publicly so other businesses don’t face the same treatment.End of the day "Losing customer might be easy for them, but winning them back is nearly impossible".

His ability to effectively explain the process and requirements to continue my domain active, and at the same time eliminating a domain that was not needed made my life less stressful.
