Review Time
I was trying to contact ESET to sign in with my email and password. The password may not be on record with ESET, but my email account certainly is: I've had ESET contact me for billing purposes when I forgot to change my credit card acct number after I replaced the card. When I try to change my password under my email account, I get an Invalid Account message. I am not able to convey this problem to the AI-driven dialogue on the web page.
The company was great initially about two years ago. Now, they are horrible. You can't speak to anyone by phone. Claim times are ridicluously long. The last one was seven weeks, but only closed when I emailed them. Even the email response was delayed. They claim in their chat, "Our claims team are working diligently on claims in the order that they are received and will follow up with an email when they're done reviewing.We do have a much smaller team processing claims. Including a high volume of claim submissions. Processing times have been delayed."
Technician was right on time, polite, considerate of my home and was very honest & thorough. He found the problem, fixed it & was on his way. Very professional & I am very happy he could fix it with the supplies he had in his truck.
