One of the few tasks that did not require a lot of time or frustration to set up, implement, and use

From the ease of use in processing cards and payments, to setting up our products and discounts in the system, to the ability to run basic sales reports, this experience for the last year has been one the more rewarding and less time consuming tasks in starting a new business.In addition we are able to process payments on our website as well as multiple cell phones and tablets.

I do not recommend using Square for payment processing. They charge a relatively high percentage on every transaction, which can significantly impact your bottom line over time.Additionally, I’m currently dealing with a frozen account, and the support experience has been extremely frustrating. Getting assistance via phone or email has been nearly impossible, and I’ve received unexplained adjustment charges that resulted in a loss of nearly $3,000—with no clear explanation or resolution.If you’re a small business owner, I highly recommend working with a trustworthy local bank instead. In my experience, the personalized support and transparency make a big difference.

My late brother recommended you to many…

My late brother recommended you to many years ago. I've stayed with it ever since. Still for a non computer person it can be confusing and to me customer service is non existent. I recently bought a new mac book air, I was not able to transfer my account to my new computer from my old one. I had to purchase a new system and install it. Still it's will worth the aggravation.
