What happened Superdry?

For whatever reason, the last 6 shirts I bought started to disintegrate after maybe 3 washings. I have what I assume are the exact same shirts that I've washed so many times the black is super faded, same exact process and detergent as these. There are holes all over the shirts and if you hold it up to the light, it looks like Swiss cheese.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

This company has partnered with a media marketing company that is running a scam. Once I found out what was going on, I canceled my membership and wanted a refund. Not only have I not received my refund, Zip keeps sending emails to me and asking for the rest of the payments. I’ve sent both companies a full explanation, but it doesn’t seem to matter. I’m still receiving payment requests from Zip. The company that they are partnered with WILL NOT answer any of my inquiries, but they were always available BEFORE I paid my money.

Square is not a company I would trust…

Square is not a company I would trust with handling business finances. They play with people’s money by freezing accounts, holding funds without warning, and offering little to no explanation when you try to get help. The customer service is vague and often just sends scripted responses.If you’re a small business that relies on regular cash flow, be very careful — Square can freeze your money for weeks under the label of “risk review” with no real recourse. You do everything right, and they still shut you down or delay your funds.This is unacceptable behavior for a financial services company. Businesses deserve transparency, reliability, and real support — not silence and stress.

I used square for years, then nothing

I used square for years. My business slowed down dramatically. When I finally had another paying customer, I made and sent an invoice through Square. Again, I had been using them to accept cards for years. I started my business in 2015. They all of a sudden are asking for me to prove myself and submit an invoice which was generated by square. Now they have canceled my account. They also will not provide specificity. Are holding the money for 90 days and will not refund it to my customer. Square is absolute trash.
