happy but there are times when eset…gives me a blank screen wtih NO information over and over

happy but there are times when eset says new use this and I go to look and read and NOTHING happens the screen stays BLANK! Very irritating please advise on that!

This is an easy company to work with. They are reasonable in their expectations and explanations. Of course they raise the rates when you use your insurance. But it's still reasonable compared to other companies I've heard of.
