It took 40 days for my order to come!! This is not acceptable I missed my two events. I asked for a discount and they did not contact me or honor that they made a mistake in my order. There also was a $12 tariff added for nothing. I am disappointed in the past they were great.
Outstanding dedicated customer service! Our rep was able to get us high-quality items for a vendor event with short notice, at a great price. Visitors to our booth were impressed with the items and our personalized branding. Well done!
Square is horrible! We just signed up with them a week ago. Spent 3-5 business days “verifying” our business account which is still NOT done. They approved it overnight only for 1 hour later to say they need more info while holding our funds hostage. We are a new business and these funds are vital for us. Once this is cleared up, we are leaving Square! Horrible experience! And speaking to their reps are ZERO help. What a joke!
