Although I was looking for a particular type of pen, the wide selection of alternatives was too impressive to ignore, and I felt sure I could find a better pen than the style we were presently using. I had used Pens while with a different company, so my only challenge was finding a suitable writing instrument for our office. On the suggestion of a client, I checked out the pen she was using. Pens had the exact pen. I got a great price, the logo looks great and wonderful service sealed the deal. The perfect package!
It took 40 days for my order to come!! This is not acceptable I missed my two events. I asked for a discount and they did not contact me or honor that they made a mistake in my order. There also was a $12 tariff added for nothing. I am disappointed in the past they were great.
