I ordered client calendars and what I received was over priced poor quality calendars. It’s a magnet with the smallest stapled calendars. Very cheap and poor looking and will be going to the trash. DO NOT order calendars from this company. They will not stand behind the poor quality.
Although I was looking for a particular type of pen, the wide selection of alternatives was too impressive to ignore, and I felt sure I could find a better pen than the style we were presently using. I had used Pens while with a different company, so my only challenge was finding a suitable writing instrument for our office. On the suggestion of a client, I checked out the pen she was using. Pens had the exact pen. I got a great price, the logo looks great and wonderful service sealed the deal. The perfect package!
The order that I recently placed and received was not to my satisfaction. The print was too small for the note caddy. The pen was beautiful, but not the note caddy. The customer service rep. acknowledged a mistake in the proof and offered a 40% discount.I am still a little embarrassed to pass them out to visitors at our Family and Friends Day at church. This is not how we would like to be represented.
