Worst customer service ever. I have called multiple times to clarify charges to my bank account and never received an answer. How hard is it to tell your customers what you are charging them for??? They transferred me 5 times just to put me in the general queue again. Our bookkeeper hates them because there is no easy way to see all of the charges for subscriptions, fees and payroll. Its a user friendly software for customer service employees and basic business reports but a nightmare for accounting.
