I love having this program in my computer. I feel that all of my activity online is safe and secure at all times.I also appreciate the notice when I need to renew. I would hate to fall behind and not have safe and secure access to sites online.
Needed AV to work well with Nord VPN, not fight with it. After a terrible experience with Norton 360 I'm glad I made the switch. User support is responsive...so far all questions answered, plus not being pitched a new Norton product every day.

I contacted support—only to be told there is no email, no complaints process, and no way to escalate the issue.I’ve tried email forms, phone calls, code verifications—none of it leads to a solution. Support just tells you to try again, then locks the account. And on weekends? They’re closed.I bought the new card reader with my own money. It’s now unusable, and no one is helping. If I could send the machine back, I would. If I could warn others, I will—and this is part of that.
