I have been using ESET for well over 20 yrs and have never had a problem. I have seen where it has saved me several times from malicious attacks and I have never lost anything in that time. There is one thing though, that I noticed when I renewed my subscription this time. I wanted to upgrade to Ultimate because I plan on doing quite a bit of traveling in the coming years and wanted the addition of the VPN.. I noticed though that I can only acquiire it for a min of 5 systems. I only need ESET for our home desktop, my laptop and my wifes Chromebook. My Premiom allows for exactly 3 systems so why doe the Ultimate offer also for three. You might want to look into that.

This one is going to be a rough one,because i'm half and half on this business,so i submitted a report because one of their users made a website impersonating fortnite,saying if they put in their parents email they would get free robuxs,waited 3 for a response [which is bad for me as a scambaiter] put in all the info i could,and got this response "Hi francis,Unfortunately, we cannot act editorially on the content of our customers’ websites.In certain cases, where a clear line has been crossed (e.g. advocating violence, hate speech, racism, etc.), we can take more immediate action; however, this website doesn’t cross that threshold. If the court determines the site to be libelous, we can take it down immediately.You can file a DMCA complaint regarding the site if you know/are the photographer behind the photos on the site. The photographer (not the subject) owns all copyright for photos, and if the photographer submits that they own the content of the site, then we can take the photos down.I recognize this is tremendously frustrating for you, but we must be exceptionally careful in these situations and cannot take sites down on the premise of someone not liking its content. Although this isn’t easy, we have to protect a customer’s right to free speech unless it is, otherwise, clear or proven that the speech is unlawful." first of all,you clearly didn't read a word i had said,scamming/phishing is NOT freespeech,2 i cant submit a DMCA as i do not own fortnite nor work for epic games,but cheers for defending scamming [not] the reason i have put 3 stars is because another person responded defending what i said saying "Hi Bella,This is Laura from Square Customer Success, I hope you are having a lovely day.
