Review Time
I’ve been using Square for many years and have been very pleased with it. Apple recently issued a new OS, and there wasn’t enough data space on my existing iPad; so I purchased a new iPad and stand from Square. Everything was fine with the hook up except that the existing printer didn’t work. I contacted Square, and Edwardo helped me reconfigure its parameters. The entire system works flawlessly. He was considerate and patient working with me. He took ownership of the issue, and I could not have been more pleased. And the current stand works at lightening speed. Bravo!
Not sure if my previous review got posted. But square is a joke I DO NOT recommend any buisness to use this company. I am a moble mechanic owner (MotoCraftLLC). I helped a young lady who's water pump went out on her the day before she moved to Alabama. The amount for the water pump and 25% of labor was more than she could have afford. So she had her step mother pay for it, her step mom paid with a credit card my buisness is fairly new and I had no way to process a credit card payment, so I downloaded square to process the payment. The next day I received a email saying that the square account was disabled and I would have to wait 90 days to receive the money on the account to be sent to me with no explanation whatsoever, when I call they say that there is no reason as to why the account was disabled and it could not be reversed. By the way I am a licensed and insured LLC with all my paperwork. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
