I could not switch my existing coverage (old computer) to my new laptop. I used the help person but was unable to make it work. Finally, I waited for the end of the contract and signed up all new. I have no idea if I left a credit on the table.
I've been billed three times and can't figure out why. I thought I had one contract with ESET, but I've been billed two different amounts: $97.40 on a credit card on 4/16/25; and $107.98 as an automatic charge due on 5/31/25. Please explain these charges.
POS doesn't stand for Point of Sale...If you catch my drift.Absolutely horrendous experience with Square. They discontinued our service midway through my family businesses busy season after we had conducted over $1 million of transactions with them. Plus they owe us $32k which they are holding in "reserve" even after they have cancelled.
I can't really rate this program. I bought it with my new computer but it had a problem so I got another computer. The program was tied to the old computer and the company was not able to get it transfered. I have made several calls so it is now useless to me. Money wasted.
