Starting a new business is hard, and cost so much. Square has taken a load stress off my shoulder. I sell at events so it’s all remote, the only problem I ever had was I forgot to charge my square. I've used ESET products since 2006 as an advanced systems consiltant. All of the repeating products I tried slow down computers and provided sketchy protection. ESET provides excellent protection and does not slow the computers down.
You AV/Malware functionality works very well. I also greatly appreciate it's unobtrusiveness. I have only one criteria that it not provided - you only offer VPN in your top priced plan which, is more than double my Home Security plan. I only have one computer at home so I do not need the multiple licenses that your Ultimate Plan with VPN offers.
i love the product and the central dashboard. what i would love to see is the central dashboard as part of the desktop app and also to restrict access of the anti-virus settings and other screens to the main device. or to be able to set access to the screens for other devices. i do not want my kids changing the settings on their device. i also love how easy it is to add devices.
