We opened our Cajun food truck 7 years ago and were advised to use Square as our POS. We are so happy we did! It is reliable daily and in remote locations that we may serve; has offline mode when we don’t have cell service; instant transfers - which really help cash flow for our Mom and Pop business, easy to use for our employees and customers - offering multiple payment options for our customers and offers loans that we’ve used 4 times to help us grow - that offers easy repayment through a percentage of daily sales. We highly recommend Square to anyone that has a business and needs a reliable POS with great features and a company that offers full business support!
Square has made it very easy to integrate itself into every aspect of doing business, for a small business it such a time saver along with peace of mind knowing that we have a partner I can look to for answers thru a vast number of members who may have already experienced similar situations.

My terminal bit the dust and a team associate spent considerable time attempting to troubleshoot the issue; ultimately, my terminal battery had failed. I would have given five stars; however, I selfishly had hoped that Square would have sent me a new terminal -- please note, the warranty was over, so Square had zero obligation.
