It’s been one year since I started my small crafting business and even tho it’s small transactions it means the world to me cause someone fell in love with my work. Our kitchen was due for a major redesign and we looked at many suppliers and brands and eventually decided on Wren after visiting their showroom in Hamilton, NJ. First off, their range of cabinets and hardware were a match for the clean, modern design aesthetic we were looking for. Everywhere else seemed to have the same old dated styles.We were most impressed by Rich, the designer at the Wren showroom who patiently and expertly answered every single question and concern we had over the entire time it took for us to make a decision. He was instrumental in getting the design to work for our space. The quality of the cabinet build, options and the range of colors and finishes was paramount to us as was the responsiveness of their team to our questions. Needless to say, we felt confident when we finally placed our order with Wren. Our order arrived right on time, well packed and with only 1 minor issue that was tended to quickly.Our contractor did the installation and did not encounter any major issues with it. We are beyond happy with our new cabinets. They feel solid, stable and look great! We would certainly recommend Wren for their quality and range.Wren Order Number: 10340200
Squareup seems to financial difficulties. They are using "Fraud Detection" as an excuse to not pay transactions. We had a preapproved (by our customer) transaction. Squareup sent a third party request for additional information. Information they already had. This is information like business license (which we provided previously). We filled that out. A day later a second request came in for more information that they should already have, plus how do we find customers, how and where to do we market. Then after filling that out, they continue to delay saying their department is only available on certain hours. I seriously doubt the legitimacy of this request. They asked me to download and resubmit invoices from their platform. I asked who the outsourced platform was and they said it was theirs; however, I have seen the same form on 6 other fintech platforms. Seems very sneaky and illegitimate business practice. I am filing a second complaint with the Federal Trade commission. I would recommend anyone considering this platform to move off quickly, transfer all balances to real bank, and find an alternative solution. I certainly would not store any money in their free bank accounts for 1 minute longer than required.
