Square helps me give the best client experience possible. Unlike most retail stores, my sales cycle is quite long and the average sale is high. Square invoices works great. My clients can pay online with multiple payment types, or I can take a credit card in person and credit the invoice. I can easily mark the invoice as paid, for those customers who pay by paper check or wire. The processing fees are consistent and lower than average. There's no guessing, depending on credit card type. Square's marketing is inexpensive and easy to use. I can send out a professional looking email or text to my clients in minutes. When I needed a little extra cash for an upcoming project, Square was able to give me a loan quickly and easily. The payback terms are very easy to handle as they are based on a percentage of each sale.Overall, I am very happy with Square.
My terminal bit the dust and a team associate spent considerable time attempting to troubleshoot the issue; ultimately, my terminal battery had failed. I would have given five stars; however, I selfishly had hoped that Square would have sent me a new terminal -- please note, the warranty was over, so Square had zero obligation.
Absolutely fraudulent. If you have issues with this company please call or text us at (559) 667-3708. As we legally looking into this company we have discovered that they intentionally and maliciously hold the funds of small businesses owners. Hard earned money. More than ten small businesses in one month have been kept from their money, told not to expect it for at least 90 days, there’s nothing they can do about, and accounts are closed. It has become a pattern of fraud and deceit. If you are a business owner and this has happened to you and you have NOT previously contacted us, please do so today. God Bless.
When compare to couple years ago that I made other purchases from you:1. The price now is about cost doubled 🥲 / much more expensive than before.2. The styles and designs had been changed so much to those I don’t like. This time purchased the one you left over from couple years ago. The designs downgraded. My mom praised the jacket I brought from your company couple years ago is the best jacket she has seen. But this time when I searched for it, you no longer sell it. (I searched for Hooded Sherpa Quilted Windcheater Size: S French Navy) I truly wish I can buy one more last time years ago.😭3. I am unhappy.☹️ If possible please sell the Hooded Sherpa Quilted Windcheater (Color: French Navy) again. It’s really warm☺️ and review the prices of products again.
