I renewed and then 2 days later m y 2 1/2 yr old HP VICTUS laptop hard drive was COMPLETELY wiped clean, empty of ANY content at all. I needed to put a new hard drive in and I don't know what to do about your program and you do not respond to emails
I liked the protection your company has provided me for years. I disliked how you handled my renewal. There was trouble with making the renewal payment and you seemed indifferent in solving the renewal. Probably an AI problem. If it happens next year [2027], then by by.
