Tech was supposed to be here at a certain time and day, never showed up or called, trying to get an answer is like swimming to the Pacific Ocean!!! Big hassle on the phone to reschedule my appointment!! Have to wait 4-6 days to even make another appointment!! Hopefully they come through! NOT HAPPY!!!!
I am thoroughly pissed off at this company for taking my money for a purchase that was not processed by SHEIN it was canceled by SHEIN, because it timed out. I have not received a refund and they have taken two payments out of my bank account, and have not canceled the transactions for the future.
