Such knowledgeable, experienced, honest and helpful people! They always find the best deal and what is in our best interest, they make it so much easier than other companies - even easier than the banks do. 10/10!

I was genuinely amazed at how straightforward this process was; I simply clicked on a link through my account, completed a brief online form, and then a representative from the service provided me with several options, highlighting the best one. Once I confirmed my choice, they coordinated everything with the bank, and before I knew it, I received confirmation from the lender. Since our previous mortgage was with them, we didn’t need to submit any paperwork, making it extremely simple. In contrast, my former mortgage broker reached out to inform me about the renewal, requesting three months of payslips, three months of bank statements, and a printed and signed authority to proceed form… It would have been such a hassle in comparison! The only minor annoyance with the service was the volume of emails sent throughout the process; it felt a bit overwhelming, but ultimately, it was a small inconvenience for such a seamless experience!
