Square is a great product. Makes accepting payments very easy and the deposits into the bank are fast. The reporting information is fantastic, allows me to track my sales, customer Info and tax information with ease.

Alright system. Card reader provided tends to lose signal and regain signal at random points. Other then that works ok and pretty easy for items/modifications.

Order was never shipped the 2 times ordered. It just said "dispatched" and then gave a random reason it was "returned". SUPERDRY never reimbursed the shipping charges. Had to reach out in order to get shipping charges reversed.

Square started off great but ended bad…

Square started off great and I use them for my current restaurant but when I opened another business recently and started setting everything up, square deactivated my account after my first payroll. When I tried calling support they would not connect me because they associated my phone number with the deactivated account so I had to call from a second phone that was not associated with my account. Once I got a hold of account services they told me they were not allowed to tell me why my account was deactivated but that it was a final decision and that there was nothing they could do to reverse it. They didn’t care that I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and use them for my other business. To me this was extremely bad business on their part and gave me a really bad taste in my mouth. I recommend no one does business with square until they get their act together. 😡😡

I was new to Square

I was new to Square, I had a transaction from a customer done and waiting to get the payment transferred to my Bank when I received an email stating that my account was currently deactivated. No explanation as to why and what needs to be done to get it fixed. I called the support team and was told sorry there is nothing they can do and again no explanation as to why. I had to refund the money and find another POS.
