Fraud alert! First and foremost, the support team will not provide clear answers to any questions because they lack necessary information. I have read numerous negative reviews here and understand that even here they fail to provide proper support. Square Financial Services is a scam! Watch how when their stocks fall, your account will be banned. They block the funds you received from your sales; you deliver the goods but your money will be frozen for 120 days. Over these 120 days, Square or Block Inc will report your frozen funds as profit to their shareholders. They are using us entrepreneurs as feed! Find another merchant and avoid Square or else you will end up here looking for a solution that does not and will not exist!
I was made aware of the estimated delivery date before I completed the online transaction, and received further updates and a delivery confirmation. The shirt arrived "on time," and in good condition, and it looked exactly like the one in the photo online. I use the quotes because I liked the shirt so much when I saw it that i ordered it: a long-sleeved, corduroy shirt--in the middle of summer.
HORRIBLE COMPANY! They will place your account on "Security review" for anything! I changed my phone number they placed a security review on my account and held the 2 payments I received from a client. I had to provide the service with no verification of payment. If you ask for a supervisor, they will tell you one will call you back in 2 days!!!! We are closing our account with Square and going to another provider. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SUCCESS OF YOUR COMPANY!Look at their response… 4 MONTHS LATER! You responding 4 months later tells everyone everything they need to see. Again, HORRIBLE company, find a different provider, don’t use Square!
