The representatives I spoke with tried…

The representatives I spoke with tried their best to resolve my issue. They eventually did I had transactions on Dec 21st. Two transactions were held for 2-4 days. for security reasons (higher than normal sales). After answering squares 20 security issues questions, square said they would release the funds. It did not happen. I had to call twice. after the second call and a few hours , funds were finally transferred in my account on Jan 8th.

Refuse to release my funds

I was asked to open account. Savings ending 5005 they closed it and said they send the 2140 on 4/12. I been telling them the linked account is not active and now they claim they can't see 5005. They refuse to take my ein to locate. I'm behind on my health insurance premium and hiv pos and diabetic. I can't pay for my meds and they refuse to help me cause I can't remember the email open with even though I can give My ein. They have stolen my 2140. This needs to go to congress. I have the emails and screen shots. Now told account released but yet online states inactive and the customer service is confused on what to do to help me and saying they need to review. It's like no one listens ref case number 91627420. They found the account under an email I have been providing since Jan. It's now May 7th and was finally able to move the funds. Now I'm charged 150 late fee and 25 per day on rent. Just spoke with a person and was hung up on cause no one at square wants to take responsibility of My 300 late fees. The new case they had me do last week is 91827202. If your a merchant, use wix pos. As a customer, I will give the merchant cash if they use square. Will not support square period!.
