Review Time
This was my first and only time ordering from Superdry. I received my package quickly but due to the courier service the packaging and its contents were damaged and unusable. I spoke with 3 different customer service ladies before getting one who helped me and then had to pay an additional $6.95 to return the item. I would not recommend buying from the online store and just shop the actual storefront.
The response from customer service is a little late (usually after 2 days) but their help was satisfactory. Alex understood the issue and tried to help remediate the issue for us but the warehouse ran out of the product. I was refunded for the fault by Superdry.
I have been a small business owner for 6 years now going on 7 and I cannot tell you enough about how thankful I am for square. My business has increased sales by 28% percent annually since I have been doing business with square. It is by far the most reliable POS system you can find. A+
