Look, it isn't the cheapest solution out there. But when you need ease of use and a one-stop shop for the many facets of your business (I use payments as well as invoicing and contracts on a daily basis), it's hard to beat Square.We got our martial arts school up and running with payments, invoicing and contracts literally within hours, with no up-front expense or need for any subscription service.Additional features I hadn't considered initially became useful over time, as I became aware of what Square can do for us. I didn't realize I could take payments for seminars online when we chose Square, but we've definitely taken advantage of it.There's cheaper solutions out there, but it's hard to match the all-in-one service you get with Square.
I stay with Square because of their reliability and quick transfers. They also offer accounts into which I have automatic transfers from my sales into those accounts to ensure taxes are covered--while earning interest while the money is in those accounts, and until the tax bills need to be paid. Trustworthy. Helpful when needing to contact a live agent, and not have to wait any lengthy period of time to reach someone. They are also well known and respected within the sales community. Definitely recommend.
I tried to exchange an item, however was told they didn't have my size in stock so gave me a refund. Their website says they had inventory on my item, but since I bought it on Balck Friday, the item would now cost 40%. They refused to price match despite it being an obvious error and would only provide a smaller discount. I ended up paying 20% more for the item plus shipping each way. Truely unfortunate customer service experience for what seems like a nice product.
