The product quality is good. But I had the worst delivery experience. First, I bought snow pants that’s more than $150, but I still had to pay $7 for delivery. Then the size was not quite right. And to exchange I had to pay another return shipping fee. To avoid that, I went to a physical store. But the store didn’t have the same snow pants for me to exchange, and they wouldn’t order it online for me so that I can do free exchange in the store. Terrible delivery experience overall. Will probably never buy superdry again.
Fantastic Coat - I got the green which is a rich dark emerald. Very pretty. The workmanship js excellent and the coat keeps out cold winds like a champ. Just remember to unzip a bit from the bottom if you need to walk quickly to give yourself more freedom of movement.
