I ordered a long vest that was sent in the wrong size. I took the vest to the Pentagon City store to return it get and get a refund. That was THREE WEEKS AGO AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!! To make matters worse, there is no number for customer service, only email. I sent an email to inquire about the status of the refund and received a response 3 days later stating that it was processed on a date 8 MONTHS BEFORE THE PURCHASE DATE!!!!!! This is terrible customer service and I’ll NEVER ORDER FROM SUPERDRY AGAIN!!!!!!
