UPS offers las minute changes on the delivery like change of address, hold for pickup and others, since the original address was no longer good for me I tried to change it using the ups tools, just to discover that it’s impossible to do the offered changes, their application is extremely difficult to use and I spent many hours trying to change delivery with no success.
