I absolutely love the quality of the hoodies but I wanted to exchange 2 of the 3 I bought and it said they would be exchanged if the product was available. I paid to send them back. I got them on sale. When items were returned the products were available online for purchase and have continued to be. I’ve been checking because they are Christmas presents. I got a refund instead of the larger sizes I requested. Now I have to reorder them and pay full price. I tried reaching out to Superdry but have received no response. This would be a 5 star rating if they would have done the exchange like they state they will do.
Literally 5 minutes after placing my order I realized I chose the wrong color. I immediately sent a email requesting a color change to no avail. When I received a response I was told to just return at my expense and reorder the one I wanted. There if no phone number for customer service.
