I cannot believe how idiotic the customer service team is. First off they work from home, How do I know? Because after waiting on hold FOREVER.. the rep had me listening to him but did not realize I was on the line for ten minutes! Then was absolutely no help! What classless, unprofessional, idiotic customer service they have! Chat is no better. We need to change merchants.
