Clothing was never delivered to my son who is critically ill. I spent a total of almost 2 hours trying to reach customer service, but you apparently have none!! I finally contacted my credit card company and canceled the payment. I could not be more disgruntled!! Also the order clearly gives my son's name and PO Box address. Your bill shows that it was then sent in MY name! It did not arrive in either name.
Unfortunately I will no longer shop at Superdry. Their clothes are made for skinny men or small men with no muscles. I use normal large sizes. But at this store their large is too small around chest and arms, an XL would make arms way too long.
Deceiving, we signed up for Square because we had a client who wanted to pay via credit card and we had never accepted credit before. It said we would receive the deposit in 1-2 days, however 2 days after I took the payment of a large amount (i'm in construction business) they then told me they needed to verify 15 different things and once completed it will take another 1-3 days before they will release my money. We are no 5 days from signing up and they are still holding my money. They wanted bank statements and a bunch of other stuff after the fact that i signed up and took payment. Not to mention that they aren't very helpful until you sign up. They should tell you up front that there is a verification process that can take 5-7 days before you sign up and that your money may be tied up for that long. The verification process should be done before being able to accept payment so this doesn't happen to other people! Very frustrated square is holding my client's money and I need it in order to place an order for her materials for a job i need to do for her.
