Review Time
My rating is not based just on the customer service given this week. Saturday was extremely stressful using square, because their system was down from 4pm on. It was extremely frustrating and all cards had to be typed in to get them to charge. I am basing my review over the past 6 yrs that I’ve been doing my business through square. When you look at all the sales I would have missed over the years without their system, it’s hands down no question as to if having them is worth it. All other events have gone on without a hitch. Thank you for your partnership in my business!
Used their invoicing system for wedding catering...huge mistake!!! They flagged the payment as fraud and even after I answered multiple questions about the payment and made it very obvious that it was in fact a couple paying for their wedding, they still refused to release the funds. This resulted in us having to contact the couple after their wedding to refund the initial payment and ask them to pay a different way. SO EMBARRASSING and SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We will never be using this company again....countless hours wasted talking to them on the phone all for this.
