The original person I spoke with, and placed the large order with, promised delivery of the item several times. Dates were never kept. The phone extension for him was not valid and he quit answering phone calls and emails about the order. I was finally able to reach another sales representative and she was very helpful. She promised she would follow up with delivery updates and she did, exactly as she promised. Most importantly we finally received our order.
Excellent. The pens have a sophisticated look. The gift boxes look better in person than in the hidden sample Pic on your site. You may want to make the gift box Pic easily available to view as much as the chosen pen. The boxes are printed with a gold foil look with the word, 'thank you' in different languages. Universal. Awesome.The only bad: I may need more pens & there is a minimum requirement.
