I asked for en exchange with different items (and I understand that they dont do exhange like that) but/and without my OK they sent the previous item with different sizes. Oder number: SUPERDRYUS5167641. I got semi refund but would like to get full refund as I didnt ask for the items that were sent. Thanks for your help, Ilgaz
I made a purchase of 4 items, 2 were a ski outfit (pants and jacket) and then another ski pants and another ski jacket. After a couple of days, they let me know that they only send the ski jacket (without the matching pants), and the other 2 items were not in stock either. Nowadays, if they offer something on the website, it cannot be possible that they do not have stock. and second, if I'm buying a set, it doesn't make sense to send me only a part of it. It's like buying pants and a suit jacket, and only send the jacket.
