I love Superdry. They have really good quality products however they don’t often have my size online. When I look, new items sometimes start at size 4 which is too big for me. If they did have more of smaller sizes, I’d probably buy more. Sizes aside, the free shipping and returns make shopping online a no-brainer.
I order sneakers size 6, they sent me size 4, its really hard to speak with someone anytime of the day, no one is available to help after i spent my money, it very frustrating, i would love to shop more but not if there's no one around to help
I haven't had time to write a review just yet and I have planned on returning the jacket because it really was a rip off. Starting from the jean looking material that does not look that way in the photos. Also after one wear there was feathers coming out tremendously fast and who knew this jacket even had feather in the inside at least this freaking many. I am so upset and wasn't expecting such poor quality
