I like the styles of the jacket, however, the description is very brief. For example, down jacket, it doesn't say if it's goose down or duck down. I emailed customer service around Christmas time, I haven’t heard back from anyone.I don't see any reviews about your clothing. For 1st timer buyer, it's hard to know your quality.There seemed to be anyone to answer chat line.
The Everest coat is warm, cute, and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a long coat and originally looked at some that were longer but I'm glad I went with this one. The models in the pictures are all pretty tall. I'm 5'4 135lbs and I bought the size 8. It goes to the middle of my shins. Anything longer would have been too long.
