Easy to sign up and the coverage documents were emailed to me within minutes of submittal. The coverage was more affordable for the same level than the competitors. I signed up and dropped the other coverage. Now my Lola is still protected and I am saving money!
Placed order on Dec 4 for 2 coats. Est date of arrival was Dec 13. It is now Jan 3 and still hasn't arrived. Wife and daughter were without their Xmas presents this year. Sent email to customer svc on Dec 19. Still no response. The very least they could do is refund my money. Don't think I can support this business. I never write reviews. Truly sorry.
