Warning: Potential scam — proceed with extreme caution.Warning: Potential scam — proceed with extreme caution.I want to warn others about my experience with companies and ads that appear to route back to the same operation. They use multiple names in ads and websites, including USA BOOKS PUBLISHING ! THE ADDRESS THEY ARE USING IS LINKED TO A TJ MAXX THEY DONT HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR AN LLC FOR THIS COMPANY DONT TRUST TRUST PILOT EITHER YOU CANT CONTACT THE BUSINESS TO PROBE THEY ARE NOT LOCATED IN THIS BUILDING headquarters phone number (212) 687 8700 esrtreit is the building owner you can call them directly ! Love nyc my people these scammers have no idea who they just messed with hahaALSOTIED TOO Elite Book Publisher, American Books Publisher, and PIONEER VALLEY SOL GO LUMINO IS THE PAY TERMINAL DONT PAY THEM ITS A SCAM When you click their ads you are contacted by sales reps who use names such as Jay, Joshua, and Lisa Grey. Here’s what happened to me:• I clicked an ad and was pitched a paid publishing package.• I was told specific services would be included in the contract. I paid in full up front.• After 30 days they claimed something was “wrong” and refused to deliver what was promised. Instead of honoring the contract they repeatedly tried to upsell me for items that were supposed to be included.• They sent links (hosted on third‑party viewers such as heyzine.com) that made it look like I had accepted completed work; the content in those links was deleted when I questioned it.• The addresses they provide appear to be fake or are abandoned buildings. The reviews on their site and elsewhere look manufactured. Their online footprint suggests the business/website was created very recently (about five months ago).• When I requested a refund or attempted to dispute the charge, they avoided responsibility, deleted evidence, and relied on interaction tracking as “proof” that I accepted the work. This appears to be a coordinated effort using multiple business names and misleading marketing to confuse customers and take payments. I do not recommend doing business with these entities. If you’ve been affected, I recommend reporting this to law enforcement and regulators (FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center and your local FBI field office), and to the IRS if you suspect tax fraud. Also report any suspicious hosting links or domains to the link host/registrar and preserve all correspondence, payment receipts, screenshots of ads, and the exact merchant descriptor on your bank statement. Here’s what happened to me:• I clicked an ad and was pitched a paid publishing package.• I was told specific services would be included in the contract. Highly recommend for new and experienced authors looking for reliable book publishing services.
I was nervous to publish my book on Amazon but they made it so easy. From formatting to keyword optimization, they did it all. My book was uploaded without issues and gained traction almost immediately. They were incredibly supportive, and their expertise was invaluable. So I can strongly recommend them for Amazon publishing!
