03/10/2025After writing the below comment on the 16th April 2025, I write to give an update.The Customer Relations Officer by the name of Richard reached out to me after going through this review. He apologized for the misunderstandings that resulted in the USD1.3k being deducted from my bank account. Richard then assisted me to have it refunded into my account and it was indeed deposited back into my account. Richard promised that USAFIS will support me to see my dream come true. I am keeping my fingers crossed. For now Richard has been cooperating and I hope this will come true.16/04/2025This scamming happened to me this year through the organisation named USAFIS. The claim to assist individuals obtain USA VISAs and work permits for individuals.I engaged them with the hope of being assisted and unfortunately I did not perform a thorough background check.I first talked to a lady named Sharon Adams sometime this year on the subject of me getting assistance to relocate to the USA. The email that Sharon used is and she used to call me using the following numbers:+16466800945+19176941438+13152076866+13106907972There could be other numbers that I may have missed as well because they keep on using different numbers.I have also received calls from Sam Lambert, and Gabriella Mark using the above mentioned numbers.On my first discussion with Sharon Adams, I was asked to pay US$2k to kick start the process and I was then asked to pay US$3.3k and was promised this would be the final payment. Then on the 15th of April 2025, I received a call from Sam Lambert and asked me to pay US$6,5k and I became suspicious because in all the payments that I have made, I only got receipts and no real and tangible updates in terms of progress made.Yesterday the 15th of April 2025, without my consent, USAFIS deducted US$1,3k from my account and I have asked them to refund my account and they are not forthcoming. The lady named Gabriella Mark called me and I discussed with her and I informed her that I need my funds back since no progress and she has said they can only refund US$200.00.I then checked via the internet, I found a lot of people complaining about this organisation and how they are duping unsuspecting individuals like myself. It is to this background that I write to seek help to recover my money from this company and please advise how I may go about it.
Amazing experience scam - with the trust pilot scammy reviews they make this scam since 2006 to be on average 3 stars because people paid to write review for this criminals and trust pilot never really checked check - so guys note that to this USAFIS is a criminal organisation and do not give any free data to them and when you see trust pilot stars take at least minimum 1/2 stars
Somewhere around 2006 I entered into an agreement with this company, I had the 10 year package. Of course I never 'won' a greencard. The information in my profile is not editable. So I cannot update or even delete information from my own profile. Their website does not work. 5 years later I got an email stating I won a greencard, which turned out was a phishing email. They did however have all my details. When I informed USAFIS about this, they did nothing. Cut to 19 years later and I get an email from someone named Heather that I need to update my details if I want to be eligible. They asked for personal data, so again, phishing. USAFIS does nothing, I emailed them repeatedly, with no replies. I asked them, repeatedly to delete my profile and personal data from their systems, but I do not get a confirmation. So apparently my data is just up for grabs. Why this company has made it for so long is a mystery to me. Maybe they started out right, but they really should be investigated.
At first, everything seemed quite legitimate. The website was a bit professional and they customer care representative were a bit friendly before they took my money. They assured me they would make my chances higher and would professionally process it through the US immigration and my application would be a major priority. I had paid their fees and was expecting a professional service. After submitting them all my personal information the communication became less frequent and I would hardly get any mails from them. After a while I decided checking the UCIS website and I discovered my application never got to them. They took me off $10000 with no result to show. I was devastated as I had high hopes on them but was letdown. After doing some digging I found out there are actually real private consultants in the US that actually speeds up this process and I got hold on one through teIeGram and the way they actually processed my application was way smoother. The customer care were genuine and made understand the reality of the process, it took 1.5years but holoprofiles’ actually got the process successful. I’m eligible to travel in less than a month and I’m absolutely pleased with them. Good luck to everyone in search of a greencard anyone can use them as well.
Nothing I would recommend to pay / I had paid 5 USD to get a place in the US Diversity Programm and send Documents and Passport Details to this company. A view days later I got a call from Liam Gilmore that I have been selected to get an employees visa but I need to pay 3184 US$ immedialty. When I said I need to think about this 2 or 3 days he told be there are so many applications and if I will not pay they he will offer my visa to the next one on the list. I wont pay USAFIS but he told me I would earn 6000 to 10000 $ in the US, if I would be ok with this. I would receive job offers from the government. Everyone knows that it is possible to get a Employment Visa, but it is very expensive to work with USAFIS, I guess I would be able to get an employment visa only if I would already have found a Job for me in the US.
2018 - I sign up for USAFIS and pay ~$1000 for a 10 year subscription where they send my details to the lottery. They keep sending my application up for two years and they i hear nothing.Shortly after I was contacted by a person who never really disclosed a name nor reason and said that there was extra fee that HAD to be paid of $2000. I was already then a bit unsure and asked multiple times if this fee was necessary which the response was yes. I fiend that I did not have enough money but the agent wanted to proceed with a smaller sum (~$200) and then when I had the rest he could charge me again. During this I also told him to send me the information of what I was signing and upon reading I understand this is another organisation AND THE FEE WAS NOT NECESSARY. I immediately said STOP and demanded my money back. This escalated to making a charge back from the bank. Unfortunately I never got the money back2022 - I make a negative review and was contacted by USAFIS who asked me to take it down for a renewal of 10 more years. I agreed to this and was also informed on how this worked and what I needed to do yearly.2023 - I make sure to follow up with fotos and update my page so that they can send it in for 2024.2024 - USAFIS sent in my application for the DV lottery and unfortunately 2024 I am informed that i was not chosen this year.2025 Jan 17 - I am contacted by a Jennifer from a new domain (usafisnews) who tells me they need to get in contact with me.2025 Jan 19 - A Paul Green calls me and tells me that I am chosen for the Green Card and now its just a matter of finalizing it for a fee of $3,700. Paul was very adament and strict that it was "Paul leading the call", not me and that I am the one applying for HIS COUNTRY and not the other way around.This was never disclosed nor have I seen any proof of my application being "chosen".I am very torn about usafis and what is this usafisnews?!I wish usafis would prove to me that its not a scam.
ITS A SCAM! they have charged me $1500 to fill my green card application and supposedly they would let me know it results in May of this year 2025, but nothing so far. I have sent many emails asking about it and I get automatic replies from a bot asking me for basic information that I have already provided thousand of times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
